About Us The Young Men's Christian Association was founded by a young Londoner named George Williams in 1844. Today, more than 150 years after its inception, the YMCA is one of the largest international youth organisation with over 30 million members represented in more than 120 countries. Our mission statement "Glory to God, Service to Man" calls us to unite our efforts to extend the Kingdom of God; to provide quality service to all so that we may grow in Spirit, Mind and Body. It is our goal to build Strong Kids, Strong Families and Strong Communities based on our four core values: Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility. Besides providing Hospitality services, we also provide Childcare, Educational and Physical Educational Programmes, Membership Services and last but not least, Community Outreach.
